Join the January 2026 Pilot Cohort

We’re partnering with 8–10 elite equine facilities in the OKC/DFW corridor to validate Co-op Pellets performance in real barn conditions.

This is a paid pilot—not a free sample program. We’re looking for serious facilities committed to data collection, willing to help us prove what works.

📅 Timeline

6-month paid pilot, starting January 2026.
Time-capped, not tonnage-capped.

💰 Pricing

Floor pricing: $275/ton, $5.50/bag (12-bag minimum).
Deposits 50% at LOI signing; balance net-15 on delivery.

📊 Data Collection

Weekly reporting required: waste volume, bags used, labor minutes, ammonia strip results, photos. Simple scorecard provided.

💳 Performance Credits

Earn credits for data compliance and performance against targets (e.g., waste reduction, labor savings).
Combined credits capped at 10% of pilot purchases.

🤝 Post-Pilot Option

On satisfactory pilot, convert to a 6–12 month supply agreement at floor pricing with preferred delivery scheduling.

🔒 Deposit Policy

Fully refundable if we miss the agreed delivery window by more than 14 days. If you cancel after production begins, deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to future orders within 6 months.
